My story
Hi, my name is Wendy Weber and I’m a nutritionist and certified health coach. I’m passionate about supporting others to achieve their health and wellness goals. I’m a bit of a science geek and for the last 20 years, I have been following the latest research on how diet, exercise and other lifestyle choices can improve your health. It’s absolutely fascinating how much positive impact it can have!

My focus will be on empowering you to make your own choices – supported by science-based information as well as full awareness of all the underlying factors, including your preferences, beliefs, lifestyle, and emotions

Food and movement should be about happiness, pleasure, satisfaction, and most importantly living! It should not be about angst, guilt, clothes size or indeed stress - we have enough on our plates already!
Philosophy
Approach
My approach is to support my clients in planning, designing and implementing their own personal nutrition and lifestyle plan. Each person is unique and change will only be lasting and successful if it is based on individual needs and preferences.
What you choose to eat should take into account, for example, your tastes, your cultural background, your preference to eat or not eat meat, and how much you are ‘into’ cooking. Also, specific health issues will be most effectively addressed by specific dietary and lifestyle changes.
