Instead of that she has supported me to truly change my way of eating. I am no longer hungry, I love my food and I feel really well and energetic. The science behind it is spot-on. I’ve been living this way for seven months now and it feels like the whole rest of my life is going to be better because of the changes she helped me make.

The key changes I made was cutting out sugars and starches for the most part, and much less eating between meals. The results were a much greater sense of wellbeing, more energy, no longer hungry all the time, enjoying exercise, sleeping better, some weight loss.
